These events all have sponsorship, advertising and general information which you can find here. You may exit and re-enter the Parade of Homes in the same day, just be sure to pick-up a wristband on your way out from the kiosk in the entry/exit tent. If you do not get a wristband prior to exiting, you will not be permitted back into the Parade without purchasing a ticket. You are welcome to take pictures of the homes as you tour.

Today’s take on the J&J gives each bedroom its own sink and vanity with a shared toilet and bath. You only have one bathtub and toilet to clean, and the kids don’t have to fight over a sink. Fred and I really loved this house and all of it's unique textures and features. All of the beautiful wood pieces below are by Damsel In Distress Design.

I loved the uniqueness and simplicity of it. Due to a planned power outage on Friday, 1/14, between 8am-1pm PST, some services may be impacted. With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed to attend the Parade. We do not offer a kennel service and we do not recommend leaving animals in your car while you visit. Both are allowed at the Parade, but are not allowed in the houses.
This is quite different from the extensive outdoor living areas and walk-out basements we saw in previous years. It seems as kitchen islands are getting larger every year. They are the central part of a modern kitchen surrounded by commercial style appliances. Cabinet space on the other hand has been shrinking.

The decorating trendpopularized by Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV’s Fixer Upper was found everywhere. Traditional white around a fireplace, whitewashed in a tray ceiling, natural rough wood planks covering accent walls, arranged vertically on a bedroom wall. There were lots of variations—some done well, and some not so well.

Let's take a look at our top 5 reasons to live in Delaware. Get a glimpse at multiple Parade homes all conveniently located in featured neighborhoods in different locations. I was surprised by the small backyards and the lack of any significant patio or deck designs.

Right now, we have a 2-to-1 Matching Gift Campaign, tripling the impact of every donation. We understand that not everyone can donate right now, but if you can afford to contribute, we promise it will be put to good use. Access to knowledge is more important than ever—so if you find all these bits and bytes useful, please pitch in. As you plan your budget for next year, we hope you’ll keep the BIA in mind.
However, black and white made a few appearances this year as well. The black ceiling in Trinity’s master bedroom made a big impact. The Ambassador Homes parade entry features a finished lower level, with a bar area and a bonus room decorated as a study. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home boasts a modern, contemporary vibe with clean lines and is ideal for homeowners who are looking to downsize and simplify.
Mark your calendars to take advantage of the 2022 Parade of Homes presented by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio in partnership with James Hardie! Once again we are bringing you the opportunity to tour a group of diverse homes that range in cost, amenities and areas of Central Ohio. Some prominent custom builders are missing, such as Bob Webb and Romanelli & Hughes. They were probably too busy to build a display home for the Parade, and then there’s the price. While I wasn’t there, your detail made me feel as if I were there. I live in Iowa, but enjoyed your live feed, which made me want to read this.

The magazine provides news and information targeted to the wide variety of building-related professions of our members.. The homes will have 2-3 finished levels, plus the exteriors. The tour will take you between 2 and 3 hours and includes a lot of walking. One home even features a cabbage patch in front of the house . Large walk-in master showers, often without a door, were featured in every home I saw. Where last year’s trend was to have two showers in the space, this year the focus shifted to a single shower with multiple heads . I visited the 2017 BIA Parade of Homes this weekend with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law to take a look at the latest home trends. It was a smaller event than last year, with only nine homes to tour compared to 16 in 2016.
However, their construction by necessity prevents them from creating any sort of practical sound barrier. Using them as the door to a laundry just doesn’t make sense. Jim Hilz Executive Director Jim will focus on the current state of the housing market which will cover single-family, condos and multi-family. He will also discuss the challenges we are facing with housing construction around central Ohio. The Lauderdale is one of our most popular multi-level floor plans.
